Terms of use
Plain language, last updated 6 October 2026.
By playing SaucerJam you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't play. These are the terms for a free game, not a contract for a paid service.
The service
- SaucerJam is free to play and provided as is, with no warranty and no promise of uptime, and it is not a finished product.
- The game changes often. Deployments end active matches; rounds and records can be lost; features can change or be removed.
- We may limit, suspend, or end access for any player or arena — for example, to keep the game fair, safe, or within capacity.
- If you play SaucerJam on a game portal (such as CrazyGames or Playgama), that portal's own terms also apply to its accounts, ads and services.
Your conduct
- No cheating, exploiting, or automating gameplay; no attacking or overloading the service.
- No harassment, hate, threats, or spam in callsigns or chat. Hosts and maintainers may mute, block, or remove pilots, and delete records.
- You are responsible for what you publish with your callsign and in chat.
Accounts and your content
- Accounts are optional and are for players 13 and older (or older, where local law sets a higher age). Keep your sign-in secure. One pilot per player.
- You keep ownership of the text you write. You give us the minimal permission needed to display it in the game while you play.
Ownership
- The game's source code is available under the MIT licence at github.com/menezmethod/saucerjam. That licence covers code, not the brand.
- The SaucerJam name, logo, art, and music are not covered by the code licence. Don't use them in a way that suggests this project endorses or runs your version.
Copyright complaints (DMCA)
We respect copyright and expect players to do the same. If you believe something on SaucerJam — a callsign, a chat message, a leaderboard entry or a post on our community board — infringes your copyright, email our copyright agent at [email protected] with:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
- the material you want removed and where it is (a link, the room code or the callsign);
- your name, postal address, phone number and email address;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorised to act for the owner.
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with your signature; what was removed and where it was; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and phone number; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, outside the United States, any district where we may be found) and to accept service from the person who sent the notice.
We remove or disable material named in a valid notice, and we end the access of players who repeatedly infringe.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost records, interrupted play, or any damages arising from using the game. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory local law.
